What you do

FQ CHALLENGE is one of FQ's monthly specials, alongside the four activities that run every matchweek. When it's open, you'll find it in the FQ app.
What you get back
A mini-show: the setter, your intro, your attempt and who you passed it to, finished in FQ graphics.
As soon as you've sent it, you'll see: "Your show is ready. Share it and tag who's next."
Get featured: Best attempts of the month get an FQ feature. Results only where there's a real measurement.
How to take part
- Open the FQ app on your phone. It runs in your browser, so there's nothing to download.
- When FQ CHALLENGE is open, pick it and send yours: two videos: intro and attempt.
- Add your email so we can send yours back to you, finished like TV.
Your data
We use your email to send your entry back, and for FQ Sports news only if you say yes. Sharing your location is optional. Our systems never recognise or identify anyone. The full details are in our privacy notice.
